Mark Heaney is an audio+visual artist/drummer who specialises in creating ambient music. Through the use of tape loops, samples, field recordings, drum machines and live drums he creates expansive, immersive, poignant, hypnotic ambient landscapes.

An accomplished composer he creates bespoke work for film and TV worldwide.

He is also known for his work as a prolific and renowned live, studio drummer and has toured and recorded with many artists and producers. He was a member of Post Punk legends Gang of Four and The Seahorses.
